My room, a Classic King Room Courtyard View, was spacious and very clean. The bed provides great comfort. The staff was friendly and always eager to assist with requests. I had a good experience at this hotel overall.
The fitness center was smaller than I anticipated. It only had a limited selection of equipment.

the location is away from the tourist area in a quiet neighborhood. the staff were helpful requesting cabs. the room was spacious and clean it included a luxury bathroom and comfortable bed.

The location proved superb for accessing main attractions. i found all the staff provided really good service. safi at the bar was particularly attentive. I appreciated his focus on excellent cocktails. the cute atmosphere and friendly hospitality made my evenings very pleasant.

christmas decorations helpful staff early check-in
the christmas decorations was beautiful. the staff brought my bags to my room once it was ready, so i didn't need to leave the wedding i attended nearby to check in earlier. i did appreciate that i was able to check in before the wedding and then just go to my room after.
the menu did not have enough food and what i did order wasnt tasty.

poor shower drain dodgy power outlets
the bed was comfortable enough, i will say that.
The shower did not drain properly. I kept standing in a puddle. the shower head looked old, and the caulking needed replacing! the power outlets were also dodgy. My phone charged, but my computer didn't.

good lighting spacious desk efficient control separate shower
I found the room to have good lighting. the desk was spacious, a nice area for working. the climate control worked very efficiently. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a separate shower. I appreciated the options.
the elevators seemed a bit slow during peak hours. it sometimes took a few minutes for one to arrive, especially in the morning. this was a minor delay, nothing more.

Staff members provided prompt responses. the front desk managed requests effectively. the concierge gave clear directions, a big help. room service was available with quick delivery. It was really nice.
